Welcome to Cup of Aloha! These terms apply when you use our website or place an order. By ordering, you agree to them — along with our [Refund & Cancellation Policy] and [Privacy Policy], which are part of these terms. We've kept this readable on purpose; if anything is unclear, just ask.
Who We Are
Cup of Aloha is a home-based dessert business in Provo, Utah, operating under Utah's Microenterprise Home Kitchen (MEHK) permit through the Utah County Health Department. Our products are made in a home kitchen.
Orders

All orders are pre-orders placed through our website and are subject to availability.

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email — until then, we may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a flavor sells out or a listing contains a pricing error). If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering, except event orders with a deposit arrangement (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).

All orders are for pickup at the location and time provided in your confirmation. We do not ship or deliver.
Allergens- Please Read
Our desserts are made in a home kitchen that also processes common allergens, including dairy, eggs, wheat, tree nuts, coconut. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment, and cross-contact is possible.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for reviewing the ingredient information for each item before ordering, and for asking us about allergens before purchase if you have any concerns;

Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens even where not listed as an ingredient;

You order and consume our products at your own discretion, and if you or anyone consuming your order has a severe allergy, our products may not be suitable.
We're always happy to answer ingredient questions before you order — please reach out.
Product Appearance & Availability
Our desserts are handmade in small batches, so appearance may vary slightly from photos. Flavors rotate and may be discontinued or sold out at any time.
Pickup & Storage
Orders must be picked up during the scheduled window (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for missed pickups). Our desserts are perishable — after pickup, you're responsible for appropriate storage (refrigeration) and for consuming them within the freshness window we provide.
Our Content
Everything on this site — our name, logo, mascot characters, photos, and text — belongs to Cup of Aloha. Please don't copy or use it commercially without our permission. (Sharing our posts and photos on social media with credit is always welcome!)
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cup of Aloha's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
